I've been a Massage Therapist since 2014 and have been training in and practicing alternative, holistic Bodywork since 1995. I specialize in integrative therapeutic and restorative massage treatments. Therapeutic massage is a valuable tool for addressing a variety of physical health concerns by utilizing a range of techniques to target specific conditions and promote healing. Restorative massage carries the intention of reducing stress and helping the nervous system balance and release stress.
My bodywork style draws from different modalities providing an integrative treatment approach designed to fit my client's distinctive needs. My standard therapeutic treatment works from a base of Swedish massage techniques combining elements of deep tissue, myofascial release, MLD, cupping, hot and cold stones, Reiki, sound-vibrational therapy with tuning forks, and weighted tools for deep pressure therapy.
My intention as a healthcare provider is to offer a safe space where each client feels comfortable and at ease during their visit.
