Your nervous system is calmed and brought back to balance using weighted tools and targeted heat to ground and relax the body. Gentle Reiki energy work harmonizes your body's natural energy flow, leaving you feeling deeply anchored, aligned, and revitalized. (And possibly ready for a nap!)The healing environment is further enhanced by the subtle vibrations of both auditory and otto tuning forks, which resonate through bones and soft tissue to promote deep cellular healing activation and whole body relaxation.
